Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Youzign SPRL and our associated services. This Terms of Service agreement ("Terms") governs your use of the websites, applications, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Youzign SPRL ("us", "we", or "our").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you're at least 18 years old.

2. Use of the Services

You agree not to use our Services for any harmful, unlawful, or objectionable content or behavior. You also agree to abide by any applicable laws and regulations in relation to your use of our Services.

3. User Accounts

To access some features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep it up-to-date at all times.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our Services is due at the beginning of your subscription period. We accept various forms of payment, including but not limited to credit cards and debit cards. By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method and that you permit us to charge your payment method for the full amount of the subscription plan you selected.

Our subscriptions may come with a free trial period. If your subscription starts with a free trial, we will begin billing your payment method for subscription fees at the end of the free trial period, unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings before the end of the current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through our Services, including but not limited to software, images, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Youzign SPRL or the original content creator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Youzign SPRL, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any changes.
